De Pasquale’s #11 Shell V-Power Mustang carried the familiar red, white and yellow livery across the majority of the season which has become a mainstay for the team in recent years. With slight tweaks to suit the new Gen3 body shape, it continues to be one of the best looking liveries on the grid.Come the endurance season, De Pasquale was joined by Tony D’Alberto once again on co-driving duties and at the Bathurst 1000, the duo battled the faster Camaro’s admirably to ultimately finish on the podium in third place – the first of the Ford’s home. Not the first time Dick Johnson Racing has claimed that honour at the Great Race. The result was the first time De Pasquale had stood on the podium at Bathurst and it was the second time for D’Alberto who finished third with the team co-driving with Fabian Coulthard in 2017.This 1:18 scale model is scheduled to be produced in high quality die-cast with opening parts which includes the bonnet and both the driver and passenger doors.A highly detailed racing cockpit can be seen through the molded clear glasshouse, or by opening the doors to examine the interior further. Under the bonnet includes a detailed 5.4-litre Coyote quad overhead cam V8 and engine bay surround. Underneath the model, the undercarriage details the unique Gen3 floorpan.Comprised of roughly 204 individual metal and plastic parts, with anywhere between 100-200 steps in paint and decoration finishing, including tampo printing where possible, photo etched parts including the bonnet pints, brake rotors and more, this is a high quality, detailed collectors model. It is scheduled to be produced in an exclusive, one-off limited edition with an individually numbered Certificate of Authenticity presented in its own, Authentic Collectables branded protective cardboard folder.Once this model is sold out, it won’t be available again.
